Returns and warranty

How you return

Write to us at contact@photoboothcraft.com within the 14 days from receipt and we answer with the return instructions and the exact address.

The product has to be complete, with all its accessories. You may unpack it and check it, as you would in a shop. If you have used it at events and it shows wear, we may keep an amount proportionate to the loss of value.

The cost of the return transport is yours, except where the product is faulty or does not match the order.

We return the money within 14 days at the latest from the day you told us you are withdrawing, by the same payment method you used. We may hold the refund until we have the product back or you have sent us proof that you shipped it, whichever comes first.

Model withdrawal form

You may use the model form below to tell us that you are withdrawing from the contract, but you do not have to: a message to contact@photoboothcraft.com that clearly states you are withdrawing is enough.

Warranty

The products carry the 2 year legal guarantee of conformity for consumers.

For faults appearing in normal use we repair or replace, at your choice, as far as the chosen remedy is not disproportionate in cost. If neither repair nor replacement solves the problem, you are entitled to a price reduction or to terminate the contract.

It does not cover normal wear, transport damage not recorded at delivery, unauthorised interventions, or damage from an unsuitable electrical supply.
