Delivery

How we deliver

Booths are shipped on a pallet, with transport insurance included. Delivery is kerbside, that is to the address, and does not include carrying the booth into the venue.

Backdrops, parts and accessories are shipped by standard courier. The term is the one shown on the product page and is counted from the payment confirmation.

Digital products are delivered by download link. Ready made files leave right after the payment is confirmed. Personalised files are made to order, and the term is the one shown on the product page, counted from the payment confirmation as well.

On receipt

Check the packaging and the product in the presence of the courier. Any damage has to be recorded in the transport document at that moment. Without that mention, compensation from the carrier becomes practically impossible.

Photograph the parcel before and after unpacking. It helps us both if a problem comes up.

Costs and areas

Shipping is free, included in the price shown, for every country in the checkout list.

That list is Romania, the rest of the European Union and, outside it, the United States, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Canada and Norway.

In the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Canada and Norway we take orders through the site for physical goods only, of at least 300 EUR, priced in euro. For anything else there, write to us and we sort it out together.

Customs duties and import VAT, where they apply, are paid by you, the buyer, on delivery, and they are not included in the price shown.

We deliver to other countries too. Write to us before you order, on WhatsApp or at contact@photoboothcraft.com: we confirm the transport for your address, and then open the order for you.
