Who sells

The price shown is one and the same for every buyer and it is the amount we charge. Prices include 21% VAT for individuals in any EU country and for companies in Romania. Companies in EU countries other than Romania, with a valid VAT number, pay the same price, without VAT, under the reverse charge; the number is checked in VIES before the order. For deliveries outside the European Union the price carries no European VAT and the amount charged stays the same; customs duties and import VAT, where they apply, are paid by the buyer on delivery. Exception, for goods: Northern Ireland, identified by the postcode starting with BT, follows the Union rules, so there the price includes 21% VAT or the invoice is issued under the reverse charge, as the case may be.

The contract is governed by Romanian law, and the EU consumer law that Romania applies covers you as a consumer wherever in the European Union you buy from.

How the contract is concluded

The order becomes firm the moment we receive the payment. Until then it is a reservation, with no obligation for either side.

The whole amount is paid by card, in a single payment. We ask for no deposit and we do not ask you for a bank transfer before you receive the goods. When the amount is taken is in the next paragraph, because it depends on what you ordered.

For physical goods, the amount is held on your card when you order and charged once we confirm availability, within 24 hours. If we cannot fulfil the order, the hold is released, nothing is charged and the money stays yours. For digital goods the amount is charged when you order.

After the payment is received you get the order confirmation by email. The invoice is issued on the details you filled in at checkout and we send it separately, by email.

Production and delivery terms

The term shown on each product page is counted from the payment confirmation and, for configured products, from the moment you approve the specification.

Unless we have agreed otherwise in writing, we deliver within 30 days at the latest from the conclusion of the contract. If we cannot keep the term, we tell you and you can have everything you paid back.

Booths are shipped on a pallet. Check the parcel in the presence of the courier and record any damage in the transport document, otherwise it becomes hard to prove afterwards.

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receiving the product to withdraw from the contract, without having to justify your decision.

Exception: products made to your specifications or clearly personalised. Each product page marks whether it falls into this category. Simply choosing between the standard options does not by itself turn a product into a personalised one.

Digital products delivered immediately are an exception only if you gave your express agreement for performance to start during the withdrawal period and confirmed that you know you lose the right.

Cancellation before delivery

If you cancel an order before production starts, we return the whole amount you paid.

If you cancel after production has started, we discuss concretely what has been done and what costs have been committed. We do not automatically keep a fixed percentage. Any amount kept is justified by real costs and communicated in writing.
